What is The CFS-2 Flight Deck ?
We are 'The Meeting Place' for all, squadrons & individuals, wishing to keep the on-line multiplayer excitement of Combat & Civilian Flight Simming alive !!!

Founded by Foofighter June 11, 2006 using MSN Groups voice chat capabilities, The CFS-2 Flight Deck was formed to keep Combat Flight Simulator 2 Multi-Play alive. ... I had never before participated in any On-Line gaming, yet had been enjoying CFS-2 since 2001. I met Foofighter in Hyper-Lobby about a week after he started The Deck in June 2006... My sweaty palms after participating with people forever changed this game for me... By mid July, I was a die hard but MSNGroups no longer offered voice capabilities & Foofighter found he could not dedicate the time ... Foofighter put The Deck into my hands... The next big change Hangin' out at Dusty's Server ... for many days we could not gain access to Dusty’s Ventrilo server & there was notice of closure, so on
It's 2009 & The CFS-2 Flight Deck is quite active & we're evolving... We have added an FS-Host Server; We sponcer IL-2 Rooms ... In fact we offer our members the best (sim) flying enviornment on the internet... Riff-Raff free; yet The CFS-2 Flight Deck community whole heartedly accepts all new* applicants..!
Why we are not 'The Zone' --->
Flight Deck members use only one sign in name while participating on the Ventrilo voice server & Flight Deck forums ... We require an E-mail responce from all our members & therefore can, if required, block / ban anyone or any group from causing mischief.
*Applications using a differing E-mail name &, or, address by thoes currently banned are not accepted by The CFS-2 Flight Deck as being new applications..!
